First: We will email you and gather more information about you and your travel needs with a simple Questionnaire, conversation, or both.
Second: You will receive feedback and be asked to submit a non-refundable deposit or planning fee based on your needs. This exchange initiates our working relationship.
Third: We dive into planning! You will receive itinerary suggestions and hotel recommendations. We handle all of the hotel bookings and send you confirmations via email. We can also design highly customized itineraries with private transportation, Dinner Reservations, Private Touring as well as things like Private Plane and Boat Charters.
Because you are booking with a us .. You will be a VIP at the hotel and receive complimentary perks and upgrades!!
All fees paid to Bon Appétit Travels are to be paid upfront and are completely non-refundable.
We know things happen and plans can change so we are always happy to provide travel insurance and assist with recommending the appropriate coverage. Travel insurance is always recommended to protect your investment.
